The CDRC provides services to the Missoula community through several programs. As the organization grows, we look forward to increasing our services and programs in the conflict resolution areas.
Justice Court Mediations: CDRC Volunteers mediate Justice Court cases at the Missoula Courthouse. A high number of these cases settle, saving time, money, and other resources that would result if they all had to go through to trial.

Parenting Plan Mediations: CDRC Volunteers assist divorcing couples with their parenting plans. As a nonprofit, we are able to offer these services at a reduced rate with a sliding fee scale.
Parenting Orientation: The CDRC organizes the Missoula County Parenting Orientation that is held the third Thursday of every month at the Missoula County Courthouse. All divorcing parents in the county must attend this orientation, and it also satisfies requirements for other jurisdictions.
